If the error is due to an incorrect CIF, please provide the minimal information to identify the entry, such as the inc_id (incommensurate identifier) or the publication's title, authors and year.
Regarding issues or suggestions related with the website itself, please help us identifying the issue by providing critical information such as the url that caused the incidence, the steps followed and/or the navigator used. An screenshot showing the malfunctioning may also be really helpful.
